Depending on how you interact with TBME, we may collect the following:
General Users and Community Members
Name, email address, phone number, IP address, and general location.
Event Participants
Registration details, attendance records, and any information submitted through event sign-up forms.
Concierge Clients
Full legal names, family member information, immigration and residency documentation, housing preferences, financial information, and any other details necessary to facilitate your relocation services. This category of data is treated with the highest level of care and is subject to additional protections described in Section 5.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate and improve our platforms and community experience
- Communicate event announcements, community updates, and relevant news
- Deliver and manage Concierge relocation services
- Facilitate connections to licensed legal professionals and housing support providers
- Process payments and maintain service agreements
- Inform internal marketing and communications relevant to your relationship with TBME
- Analyze platform usage to improve functionality and user experience
We do not sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
4. Third-Party Access and Integrations
TBME uses a number of third-party platforms to operate its services. These platforms may have access to certain user data as part of their integration with our systems:

Each of these platforms operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies independently. TBME is not responsible for the data practices of third-party providers.
5. Concierge Client Data
Data collected in connection with Concierge relocation services — including immigration documents, family records, and financial information — is used to fulfill your service agreement and may also be used internally by TBME to inform relevant service offerings and communications. This data is:
- Never sold to third parties
- Never shared beyond the attorneys, housing specialists, and service providers directly involved in your case
- Retained only for as long as necessary to complete your services or as required by applicable law
- Protected by reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security. By using our platforms, you acknowledge this inherent limitation.
